Last week, Sky Casper’s Pink Eggs & Glam Drag Brunch at The Social in New London celebrated the return of Loosey LaDuca for the first time, following her remarkable journey on season 15 of RuPaul’s Drag Race, where she proudly finished in fifth place. Loosey’s time on the show had filled Connecticut, her home state, with pride. Renowned for her captivating stage presence and stunning performances, Loosey had been a regular and cherished performer with Sky Casper Entertainment before achieving national recognition. On board for two back-to-back shows at The Social, Loosey had the audience in stitches with her clever wit and sharp improvisation throughout her live sets. Her performances featured an eclectic mix of hit songs, including the hilarious 30-second number ‘I’m Not Wearing Underwear Today’ by Ann Harada and Jordan Gelber, the soaring ‘Defying Gravity’ from Wicked, and the iconic ‘Sweet Transvestite’ from The Rocky Horror Show. She also served a soulful rendition of Amy Winehouse’s ‘Rehab’ and one of her favorites – Celine Dion’s Titanic ballad, ‘My Heart Will Go On’. And of course, Loosey LaDuca delivered a heart-pumping performance of her hit track ‘Let Loose’, channeling her Queen of the Thunder persona with every electrifying note, giving you permission to let loose.

Loosey LaDuca, hailing from Ansonia, CT, made her mark on the main stage of RuPaul’s Drag Race during season 15. She was one of the first of three contestants to compete while living in Connecticut. Loosey fought hard each week, ultimately reaching the top five before being eliminated during the family resemblance makeover challenge, a departure many fans felt robbed her of a place in the grand finale. Notably, she became the second queen to win the Snatch Game as Joan Rivers, following Jimbo from Canada’s Drag Race season one. Loosey also made history as the first queen to win both the Snatch Game and the Stand-Up Challenge in a non-All Stars season of RuPaul’s Drag Race in the United States.

She brought the house down at Pink Eggs & Glam Drag Brunch, wrapping up her sets with electrifying performances that had everyone on their feet. In one show, Loosey got the crowd dancing while singing the iconic anthem ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody’ by Whitney Houston, filling the room with infectious energy. In another, she closed with the fiery and bold ‘Hot To Go’ by Chappell Roan, igniting the room and leaving the audience buzzing with excitement.
